After more than 20 years in the military and security profession, I've seen firsthand the difference that quality training can make. I've also seen the consequences of training that exists only to satisfy a requirement. Founder & Lead Consultant/Instructor
With more than 20 years of military and executive security leadership experience, Jacob Hibbeln brings real-world expertise to every course. A U.S. Army veteran and former security executive, he has spent his career leading complex security operations, developing Emergency Response Teams (ERTs), and designing training programs that prepare professionals for high-risk environments.
As a Washington CJTC Certified Firearms Instructor, SIG Sauer Advanced Pistol Instructor, Tactical Emergency Casualty Care (TECC) provider, and EMT, Jacob combines operational experience with proven instructional methods to deliver practical, confidence-building training that goes beyond minimum standards. His passion is developing capable professionals and helping organizations build stronger, more prepared teams.
